Dinner – BBQ Chicken, BBQ Tofu, Dijon Potato Salad, Kale Super Slaw, Watermelon, Cherry Pie.

Tuesday, June 5th

Breakfast –  Home Made Whole Grain Flax Seed Waffles, Sausage, Juice, Sliced Strawberries & Whip Cream

Lunch – Tuna Sandwiches, (Avocado Sandwiches), Chips, Fruit & Cookie, Juice

Dinner –Taco/Tostada Bar w/Grilled Chicken, Black Refried Beans, Rice, Lettuce & Fresh Salsa, Low-Fat Sour Cream (or Greek Yogurt), Seasonal Fruit Galette

 

Wednesday, June 6th

Breakfast – Oatmeal w/Baked Apples, Nuts, Sausage & Scrambled Eggs.

Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches w/ lettuce & tomato, Avocado Sandwiches, Sun Chips, Fruit & Cookie, Juice

Dinner – Spaghetti with Garlic Bread, Fresh Seasonal Veg or Kale Super Slaw, Spinach Salad, Pound Cake & Fruit.

 

Thursday, June 7th

Breakfast – Breakfast Burritos with Eggs, Potatoes, Beans, Onions & Peppers, Fresh Salsa & Low-Fat Sour Cream (or Greek Yogurt), Juice, Cantaloupe.

Lunch – Tuna Sandwiches, Avocado Sandwiches, Chips, Fruit & Cookie, Juice

Dinner –. Whole Grain Veggie Pizzas and Salad Medley, Juice, Brownies.

Friday, June 8th

Breakfast – Moe’s Bagels w/Cream Cheese, Yogurt & Fruit.

Lunch –  Farewell Chuckwagon lunch.  Hamburgers/ Hotdogs, Chips, Watermelon, Soda.

 

Snacks – Granola bars, Chips & Salsa, Grapes.
